Iwasawa Oriental Art is celebrating the collaborative work with Manresa’s new book, Manresa: An Edible Reflection.
The gallery provided many of the fine art tableware seen throughout the book.
Most of the pieces in the publication are on exhibition at Iwasawa Oriental Art.
On Epicurean Night in Los Gatos (October 29, 2013), at Iwasawa Oriental Arts, guest chef Hieda san from Japan prepared Japanese cuisine with local fresh produce.
Hieda san’s restaurant in Tokyo, RyuGin, has received numerous awards:
- The Michelin Guide Tokyo 2013 awarded RyuGin restaurant 3 stars
- Ryugin has been ranked 22 in The S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2013
